The Barcode Scan App uses the same users as Exact Online. The app subscription is linked to an Exact Online user.
A user can use the app on multiple devices, including at the same time. This means you can switch between, for example, a handheld scanner, phone or laptop.
Can I also take out a subscription per device?
Yes, you can for example create the users logistics1 and logistics2 in Exact Online. This allows you to use 1 subscription per device.
Please note that with this approach it is not possible in Exact Online to trace which user performed which action.
