Can multiple employees work at the same time?
Yes. Each employee logs in with their own user and can scan simultaneously. While one receives goods, another can pick orders, count stock or record transfers. All bookings come together in real time in the same administration in Exact Online.
Does every employee need their own licence?
Yes. The subscription applies per user. So every employee who works with the app needs their own user and licence. An added benefit: because everyone works with their own account, you can see in the transactions exactly who made which booking. The subscriptions page shows the price per user.

Dividing work across multiple pickers
With the Advanced plan you can assign sales orders to specific order pickers. That way you divide the work across your team precisely, and each picker only sees the orders assigned to them. This prevents two employees from picking up the same order.
