View the transactions that have taken place on your inventory directly with the Barcode Scan App for Exact Online. Every scan you perform is recorded as a transaction, giving you a complete audit trail of all inventory movements. This makes it easy to track what happened, when it happened, and who performed the action.
Log in and click the “Transactions” button:
A list of transactions from the recent period will then appear. The overview shows all inventory mutations including goods receipts, goods deliveries, warehouse transfers, and stock corrections. Each entry displays the item, quantity, date, and the type of transaction that was processed.
You can sort the list in your preferred order by clicking on the column headers. This allows you to quickly find specific transactions by date, item number, or transaction type. All transactions are synchronized directly with Exact Online, so your inventory records are always accurate and up to date.
