Yes, you can use the Barcode Scan App with multiple Exact Online administrations. You connect the app to the administrations you work with and switch between them easily. The number of administrations you can use depends on your subscription.
How many administrations are included?
The number of administrations differs per subscription:
- Basic: 1 Exact Online administration
- Advanced: 5 Exact Online administrations
If you work with multiple companies, locations or administrations within Exact Online, the Advanced plan is usually the right choice. The subscriptions page shows all differences between Basic and Advanced.
How do I switch between administrations?
When you log in, you choose the administration you want to work in. Want to switch to another administration? Return to the administration selection screen and select the one you need. The app then loads the items, warehouses and orders of that administration.
Do I need a separate licence per administration?
The subscription applies per user and determines how many administrations you can connect (1 for Basic, 5 for Advanced). So a user can work in multiple administrations within that limit. Note that some add-on features, such as the delivery availability check, are charged per administration.
