It may happen that there is insufficient stock to fully deliver a sales order. The Barcode Scan App therefore has the ability to calculate whether an order is fully deliverable. This makes it possible to select only the fully deliverable orders. In addition, you can show only the deliverable sales order lines within a sales order.
Additional subscription: Delivery availability check
With every change in stock, different orders can be delivered. To calculate which orders are deliverable with every stock change, an additional subscription is required. Subscribe to this additional subscription by pressing the red subscription button:
Per administration, you can subscribe to the “Delivery availability check” subscription here. You can choose between a monthly or annual subscription.

After subscribing, go to the settings by pressing the grey settings button in the menu:
Then go to the “Out” tab. There you can choose to only show sales orders with sufficient stock to deliver:
There are several options to only show sales orders for which the items are in stock. Check one of the above options to activate this functionality and then press save.
Only show sales orders with something to deliver
This option shows all sales orders for which there is an item in stock to deliver. This does not have to be a complete order line or a complete order. When even one ordered item is in stock, the order is displayed.
Only show sales orders with sufficient stock to deliver for at least one of the order lines
For this option, at least one complete order line must be deliverable to display the sales order. When there is no order line that can be fully delivered, the order will not be displayed.
Only show sales orders with sufficient stock to deliver completely
With this option, a sales order must be fully deliverable. When even one item is not in stock to deliver completely, the order will not be shown in the sales order overview.
When you activate this option, only the deliverable orders are displayed in the outgoing goods.
Filter sales order lines by deliverability
In addition to filtering complete sales orders, this subscription also lets you filter sales order lines by deliverability. Within a sales order, only the order lines that can be delivered are then shown. Lines without sufficient stock are hidden, so the order picker only sees what can actually be picked. You also set these options on the “Out” tab:
Only show fully deliverable lines in a sales order
Within a sales order, only the order lines with enough stock to deliver the complete line are shown.
Show fully + partially deliverable lines in a sales order
Within a sales order, order lines that can be partially delivered are shown as well. Only lines for which nothing at all is in stock are hidden.
When all open order lines of a sales order are hidden, the app shows how many lines are not displayed because there is insufficient stock.
