Yes, you can manage multiple warehouses with the Barcode Scan App in Exact Online. You choose the warehouse you work in and the app shows the stock, orders and storage locations of that warehouse. You can switch warehouses at any time. Below you can read how this works.
How do I switch warehouses?
When you log in, you choose the warehouse you want to work in. Want to move to another warehouse? Return to the warehouse selection screen and select the one you need. The app then loads the items, stock and orders of that warehouse.
Stock per warehouse and storage location
The app shows the stock per warehouse. If a warehouse uses storage locations, you also see the stock per location within that warehouse. So you not only know how much you have in stock, but also exactly where it is.
Transferring stock between warehouses
With the transfer function you book stock from one warehouse to another by simply scanning. Planned transfers are supported too. This keeps stock in Exact Online in the right location at all times, without manual bookings.
Storage locations within a warehouse
Within a warehouse you can work with storage locations. You can set a preferred storage location per item and put received goods away to the right location with the put-away function. This keeps even a large warehouse clear and error-free.
