The analyze page allows you to examine the registered logistics data of your company. The insights you gain from the analyze functionality give you the opportunity to improve your processes.
Press the Analyze button in the main menu to open this functionality.

Using the analyze functionality requires an advanced subscription to the Barcode Scan App.
On the left side of the page there is a menu button. When you press it, the analyze menu appears. Select the desired topic there.
In the top right corner of the page you can select the period over which the analysis is performed:

Select a period of 1 day (1d), 1 week (1w), 1 month (1m) or a year (1y)
Purchase order
Press the Purchase order link in the analyze menu to analyze purchase orders.
Statistics
In the example above, 36 purchase orders were created in the selected period. Of these, 14 are still logistically open at the time of viewing. 10 of the purchase orders have already had a receipt but are not yet fully delivered. 12 orders have been fully received and completed. And in this example, no orders have been cancelled.
Most purchased products
This option shows the most ordered items over the selected period.
Purchase orders per supplier
Here you can see how many orders have been created per supplier in the selected period. This is a top 10.

In this top 10 you can see which people have created the most purchase orders in the selected period.
Goods receipts
Press the Goods receipts link in the analyze menu to analyze received goods from your suppliers.

Deliveries per supplier
This shows the number of deliveries per supplier.
Most received items
These items have been received most frequently.
Created by

The most purchase orders have been created by these people.
Number of purchase order lines created by

The most purchase order lines have been created by these people.
Number of items ordered by

The most items have been ordered by these people.
Lead time
This overview shows the statistical data of the lead time of a purchase order. For example, what is the average lead time from the creation of a purchase order until a goods receipt is registered.
Sales order
Press the Sales order link in the analyze menu to analyze sales orders.
Statistics
In the selected period, 4 sales orders were created. Of these, no orders are still fully open. 3 sales orders have been partially fulfilled. An additional delivery is still needed to fully complete them. 1 sales order has been fully completed and no orders have been cancelled.
Best-selling products
These items have been sold the most in the selected period.
Sales orders per customer
This overview shows how many sales orders have been created per customer.

Goods deliveries
Press the Goods deliveries link in the analyze menu to analyze goods delivered to your customers.
Statistics
The statistics card shows how many goods deliveries have been processed in the selected period. In this case, 10 goods deliveries were processed and they had a combined total of 10 lines.
Goods deliveries per customer

This card shows how many goods deliveries have been processed per customer.
Most goods deliveries created

This card shows who has completed goods deliveries in the selected period.
Most processed goods delivery lines

This card shows how many order lines have been completed per person.
Most items delivered per person

This card shows how many items have been delivered per person.
Lead time
This overview shows the statistical data of the lead time of a sales order. For example, what is the average lead time from the creation of a sales order until a goods delivery is registered.
Delivery date compared to the actual delivery
This overview shows a statistical view of the difference between the planned delivery date of a sales order line and the actual delivery of that order line. When the period is negative, the delivery was made earlier than agreed. When the period is positive, the delivery was made later than agreed.
Stock
Press the Stock link in the analyze menu to analyze the current inventory.
Statistics
The statistics card shows how the current stock is composed. The selected administration has 8 warehouses with a combined total of 815 storage locations. The number of items currently in stock is also displayed.
Number of items per warehouse
Which warehouse contains the most items.
Number of items per storage location
Which storage location contains the most items.
Number of picks per storage location
From which storage location are the most picks made when collecting sales orders. Is it convenient that the most picks happen at this location? Or would it perhaps be wise to place the stock from this location at a strategic location to reduce walking distance? This overview shows the number of picks, not the number of items.
Number of picked items per storage location
From which storage location are the most items collected when picking sales orders. Is it convenient that the most items come from this location? Or would it perhaps be wise to place the stock from this location at a strategic location to reduce walking distance? This overview shows the number of items.
Number of put-aways per storage location
Number of received items in the selected period that have been placed at these locations.
Number of placed items per storage location
This card shows the number of placed items per storage location in the selected period.
Lead time
How long does it take in the selected period for 1 item to be delivered to a customer.
Stock duration
How long can you continue with the current stock without reordering at the current sales rate.
Work order
Press the Work order link in the analyze menu to analyze work orders.
Statistics
The statistics card shows that 28 work orders were created in the selected period. Of these, 14 work orders are still open and have not yet been started. Additionally, 14 work orders are currently in progress. No work orders have had a receipt posted or have been fully completed yet.
Top 10 products with a work order
In the selected period, this card shows which items are produced the most with a work order.
Work orders created by

This card shows who has created work orders in the selected period.
Most issued items on a work order
This card shows the most issued items on a work order in the selected period.
Lead time of a work order
This is a statistical view of the lead time of a work order. How long does it take from the moment a work order is created until it is completed in the selected period. The selected period filters on the creation date of the work order.
