From the Barcode Scan App for Exact Online, you can create returns directly.
Press the return button as shown below to create a new return order.
All pending returns are then displayed in a clear overview:
Click on one of these returns to process it or press the green button “Add return” to create a new return order.

Press the “Add return” button to create a new return order:
A list of delivered sales orders appears from which you can create a return. After all, an item must first be delivered before it can be returned. Select a sales order by clicking on it:
An overview appears of the items delivered on the selected order. For each line, you can indicate whether the item should be re-delivered or credited via a credit note.
Select the number of items to be returned per line.
By checking the process immediately option, the sales order is handled directly and it is assumed that you have already received the items back from the customer. If this is not the case, uncheck the option. The return order is then created but not yet processed. The return order will appear in the return order overview and can be processed later.
When you click send, the return order is created and optionally processed immediately.
