Process your purchase orders quickly with the Barcode Scan App for Exact Online.
Log in and click the “In” button:

A list of all undelivered purchase orders will then appear:

This list can be sorted by clicking the column headers.
Or filter the list using the barcode field:
- Enter the order number and press Go
- Enter a product name (available products appear after 2 characters)
- Use the barcode scanner to scan a product barcode (barcode button or barcode scanner)
Select a purchase order from the list by clicking on it.
The purchase order will then appear:

By clicking on the hamburger menu: 

The products are displayed per order line:

For each purchase order line, the following information is shown:
- Product name
- Number of ordered items
- Already received items
- Number of items to be received
- Quantity selection to still receive
There are several different ways to change the product quantity:
Scan barcode
Scan the product barcode to add 1 to the count.
Plus or minus button
Use the plus and minus buttons to change the product quantity:

Or enter the quantity directly by clicking on the number.
Double click
Double-click on the product to accept the full quantity. When you double-click on the product, the quantity to be delivered is accepted. When the quantity matches the quantity to be delivered, the product turns green.

Swipe
Swipe the order line to the right to accept the full quantity. When you swipe the order line to the right, the quantity to be delivered is accepted. When the quantity matches the quantity to be delivered, the product turns green.

Is a product short and do you want to hide this order line? Swipe the order line to the left until it turns red. The order line will then disappear from view if you have enabled the “Hide completed order lines” checkbox.
Select the number of items that have been received and then press submit:

After pressing the button, the number of received products is posted to the purchase order via the Exact Online API. This immediately updates the inventory in Exact Online.

After seeing this message, the purchase order has been updated in Exact Online.
