Log in and click the "Work Order" button:
This button only appears when the Exact Online subscription is a production subscription.
A list of all open production orders will then appear:
This list can be sorted by clicking on the column headers. The list can also be filtered by entering a value below the header.
Select the production order you want to use. The order will then appear and the information about the selected production order will be displayed.
Material issue
Press the "Issue Material" button to issue items from the warehouse for the selected production order.
Select the items you want to issue for this order.
There are several ways to change the quantity of products:
Scan barcode
Scan the barcode of the product to add 1 to the count.
Plus or minus button
Use the plus and minus buttons to change the quantity of products:
Or enter the quantity directly by pressing the number.
Double click
Double-click on the product to adopt the full quantity of products. When you double-click on the product, the quantity to be delivered is adopted. When the quantity and the quantity to be delivered are equal, the product turns green.
Optionally add a remark or change the delivery date.
Then press Submit to issue the items.
Receive by-products
By-products can be received in the same way.
Close work order
When the work order is complete, it can be closed.
Select the items to be delivered to the warehouse to add them to the inventory.
