| Batch and serial numbers |
 For many companies, it is essential to maintain proper registration of batch or serial numbers. This ensures good traceability of products throughout the entire logistics chain. Especially for electronic components and food products, registration is important to provide warranty. Thanks to recent developments in the Barcode Scan App, batch and serial numbers are loaded even faster from Exact Online. This makes error-free registration even easier and faster.  |
| Even faster now |
 In various places, the synchronisation of data with Exact Online has been significantly accelerated. This makes the app work even more easily and quickly. We would also like to achieve this acceleration for the Exact Online Production components. Your vote on this idea at Exact Online could perhaps speed up the development. |
| Multiple packaging units |
 The registered items in Exact Online are often packed in larger packaging units. For example, multiple items are packed in a box or on a pallet. Or items that are sold by the kilo but are packed in bags of 25 kg or in even larger bulk packaging. You can now use these packaging units in the Barcode Scan App to register the entire package with just one press of a button. This eliminates mental arithmetic, reducing the chance of errors. |
| Timestamps in remarks |
 In the remarks field, it is now possible to quickly insert the current date, time and your name. Use the timestamp button for this. This way, you can always trace when you entered something. |
| Updated subscription prices |
 We are continuously working to make the Barcode Scan App even better. Good new ideas from practice are converted into new functionalities in the app. This newsletter contains several examples of these improvements. The server infrastructure is also continuously being renewed to speed up and improve the app. Various costs are rising considerably due to increasing raw material and energy prices. To continue making improvements, the prices of the Barcode Scan App will be adjusted as of 1 December. As of 1 December 2022, the subscription prices will be as follows: Basic monthly subscription: € 42.50 Advanced monthly subscription: € 55.00 Availability monthly subscription: € 55.00 With an annual subscription you get 1 month free. – excl. VAT per user per month |
