Loftware NiceLabel for Exact Online

The Barcode Scan App has an integration with Loftware NiceLabel. This makes it possible to send data from Exact Online to NiceLabel. The Barcode Scan App sends a CloudTrigger to NiceLabel Cloud. The local NiceLabel Automation can receive this CloudTrigger. NiceLabel Automation can combine the sent data with a layout template and send it to the correct printer.

Sending data to NiceLabel is available in the Advanced Subscription of the Barcode Scan App.

Creating an integration in Loftware NiceLabel

To send data to NiceLabel, we need an ID from you. More information about this can be found in the NiceLabel manual or on this website.

Create a new Cloud Integration in NiceLabel. When creating this cloud integration, you will receive an integration key. We need this integration key from you to link it with your Barcode Scan App account. Email this key along with your company information to the support email address or via the feedback button in the app.

Settings

To print via NiceLabel, you need to activate this in the settings. Go to the settings, then the NiceLabel tab, and press “NiceLabel printing activated”

JSON data format

To send data to NiceLabel, the JSON data format is used. This sends data in a structured manner.

• Serial number item
• Goods receipt
• Packing slip
• Transfer
• Shop order receipt

Unique field names

In the settings, you have the option to enable: “Use unique JSON fields”. When you select this option, all field names become unique so they can be uniquely linked in NiceLabel. The JSON file will then look slightly different. Below are some examples:

• Goods receipt
• Packing slip
• Transfer
• Shop order receipt
