With this option in the Barcode Scan App for Exact Online, you can use your scanner to determine which items you want to order. This way, you can walk through the warehouse with your barcode scanner and see which items need to be replenished. Scan the items that need to be restocked and indicate how many items you want to order. Once you have scanned all the required items, press send. If an item can be ordered from multiple suppliers, you will be asked which supplier the product should be purchased from. Then a purchase order is created in Exact Online for each supplier to order the items.
To get started, click the button “Add multiple purchase orders”
Then scan the items you want to order:
If the item is available from multiple suppliers, you will be asked where you want to order the item:
Next, you will see a summary of which orders will be created. Here you can still add any remarks:
When you press the button “Create purchase orders”, new purchase orders are created in Exact Online:
