Process your warehouse transfers lightning fast with the Barcode Scan App for Exact Online.
Log in and click the “Transfer” button:

First select the warehouse to which the products need to be transferred before you start scanning items. After entering 2 characters, suggestions for the warehouse will appear:

Use the barcode field to add the items to be transferred:
- Enter a product name or description (after 2 characters the available products will appear)
- Use the barcode scanner to scan a product barcode (barcode button or barcode scanner)
Select the item:
The selected item is then added to the list.
Optionally add a remark and the screen will look as follows:
There are several ways to change the product quantity:
Scan barcode
Scan the product barcode to add 1 to the count.
Plus or minus button
Use the plus and minus buttons to change the product quantity:

Or enter the quantity directly by tapping the number.
Double click
Double-click a product to copy the full quantity. When you double-click the product, the quantity to deliver is set to the remaining amount. When the quantity matches the quantity to deliver, the product turns green.

Select the number of items to transfer and then press send:
After pressing the button, the transfer is created via the Exact Online API.
The following message appears:
The transfer has now been created as a draft in Exact Online. However, it still needs to be finalised in the Exact Online user interface.
To do this, go to Inventory –> Warehouse transfers –> Overview:
Select the order you just created and click the transfer number:
Then click process to actually apply the transfer to the stock:
Transferring with storage locations
When the active warehouse uses storage locations, 2 additional fields appear for each item where the source and destination location can be entered:
After entering 2 characters, suggestions for the available locations will appear.
Put-Away
With the put-away function you can transfer received goods that have been placed at the default warehouse location to another stock location within the warehouse.
