Many warehouses have a pick stock of materials that are frequently used. These are stored in an easily accessible location so they can be quickly grabbed and added to an order. In another location in the warehouse, the bulk stock of the same product is stored. When the items in the pick stock start running low, they need to be replenished from the bulk stock.
In Exact Online, in the master data of an item, you have the option to set a safety stock for the default storage location:
With this safety stock, a report has been created that allows you to see whether stock needs to be replenished.
From the settings in the app under the General tab, select this option:

An extra button then appears in the menu and on the home page:

When you press it, you see all locations where the current stock is lower than the safety stock:
With this report, you can see exactly which locations need to be replenished and how many items you need to move to that location from the bulk stock.
To prevent the overview from becoming too long, it may be useful to give the pick stock locations a recognizable name. With the filters on location code and location (description), you can then display the pick stock locations. The percent sign can be used as a wildcard. So filtering on %pick% shows all locations with the word pick in them.
