Quickly check your sales orders with the Barcode Scan App for Exact Online. This ensures your customers always receive the correct products.
Log in and click the “Check” button:

A list of partially processed sales orders then appears. These orders have been fully or partially processed but have not yet been financially completed:
This list can be sorted by clicking on the column headers. Or filter by typing in the input fields in the headers.
Select a sales order from the list by clicking on it.
The sales order then appears:

The products are then displayed per order line:
The following details are visible per sales order line:
- Product name
- Number of ordered items
- Already delivered items
- The number of items still to be delivered
- Quantity selection for the number being checked
There are several different ways to change the number of products:
Scan barcode
Scan the barcode of the product to add 1.
Plus or minus button
Use the plus and minus button to change the number of products:

Or enter the quantity directly by pressing the number.
Double click
Double-click on the product to copy the full quantity. When you double-click on the product, the number of products to be delivered is copied. When the quantity and the number of checked products are equal, the product turns green.

Select the number of items that have been checked and then press send:
After pressing the button, the number of checked products is updated on the sales order via the Exact Online API. This means the inventory is immediately updated in Exact Online.
After seeing the following message, the sales order has been updated in Exact Online.
When you look up the sales order in Exact Online (Sales –> Orders –> Overview), the check has been added to the remarks of the order lines:

Open the notes and the check you just entered has been added as a note:
