Process your sales orders quickly with the Barcode Scan App for Exact Online.
Log in and click the “Out” button:

A list of all undelivered sales orders will then appear:
This list can be sorted by clicking on the column headers.
Or filter the list by using the barcode field:
- Enter the order number and press Go
- Enter a product name (after 2 characters the available products will appear)
- Use the barcode scanner to scan a product barcode (barcode button or barcode scanner)
Select a sales order from the list by clicking on it.
The sales order will then appear:

The products are displayed per order line:
For each sales order line, the following details are displayed:
- Product name
- Number of ordered items
- Already delivered items
- Number of items still to be delivered
- Quantity selection for the number of products to deliver
There are several ways to change the product quantity:
Scan barcode
Scan the product barcode to add 1 to the count.
Plus or minus button
Use the plus and minus buttons to change the product quantity:

Or enter the quantity directly by tapping the number.
Double click
Double-click a product to copy the full quantity. When you double-click the product, the quantity to deliver is set to the remaining amount. When the quantity matches the quantity to deliver, the product turns green.

Swipe
Swipe the order line to the right to copy the full quantity. When you swipe the order line to the right, the quantity to deliver is set to the remaining amount. When the quantity matches the quantity to deliver, the product turns green.
Is a product out of stock and do you want to hide the order line? Swipe the order line to the left until it turns red. The order line will then disappear from view if you have enabled the “Hide completed order lines” checkbox.
Select the number of items to be delivered and then press send:
After pressing the button, the delivered product quantities are booked on the sales order via the Exact Online API. This means the stock is immediately updated in Exact Online.
After seeing the confirmation message, the sales order has been updated in Exact Online.
Adding extra lines
It can sometimes be useful to add extra lines to a sales order. For example, when it is not known in advance which products need to be delivered. In car repair workshops, for instance, it is not known beforehand which products will be used. An employee can then add pick stock products to the sales order themselves. This ensures the customer always receives an accurate invoice for the products that were used.
To add an extra line to the sales order, click the hamburger menu: 
Then press the “Add line” button:
A pop-up will appear where you can select a product, which will then be added to the sales order:
Select the product, quantity, and optionally add a note, then press “save”.
An extra line has now been added to the sales order. The items have not yet been deducted from stock. When the items are actually picked from stock, the added line can be processed as described above.
