The progress screen in the Barcode Scan App for Exact Online provides a real-time dashboard that allows you to see at a glance how many open orders there are in your warehouse. The screen refreshes automatically every minute so you always have up-to-date information.
Dashboard overview
At the top of the screen, four tiles are displayed showing the number of open orders per category:
- Purchase orders – The number of open purchase orders that still need to be received
- Sales orders – The number of open sales orders that still need to be delivered
- Assembled items – The number of open assembly orders
- Work orders – The number of open production orders
Click on a tile to navigate directly to the corresponding overview.
Recently opened sales orders
Below the dashboard you can see a table with the 20 most recently opened sales orders. For each order the following is displayed:
- Time – When the order was last opened
- Sales order – The order number (clickable to open the order)
- Customer – The name of the customer
- Status – The current delivery status (Open, Partial, Completed or Cancelled)
- User – The employee who opened the order
Recently completed sales orders
Below that, the sales orders that have been completed in the past 24 hours are displayed. This allows you to quickly see which orders have recently been processed and by which employee.
This overview is ideal for team leaders and warehouse managers who want to monitor the productivity and progress of the warehouse.
