The Barcode Scan App for Exact Online offers the ability to save drafts when you have not yet fully completed a sales order. This way you can continue where you left off later without having to start over.
Draft overview
In the overview of saved drafts you can see all sales orders for which you previously saved input. The following information is shown per draft:
- Order number – The number of the associated sales order
- Created – The time when the draft was saved
Resume a draft
Click on the order number to open the sales order with the previously saved input. You can then continue scanning and processing the order as if you never stopped.
Delete a draft
When a draft is no longer needed, you can delete it by clicking the red “Delete draft” button. The draft will then be permanently deleted. The associated sales order in Exact Online will not be affected.
It is recommended to regularly clean up your drafts so that the overview remains clear.
