With the “Multiple outbound orders” feature in the Barcode Scan App for Exact Online, you can select and process multiple sales orders at once. This is ideal when you have multiple orders for the same customer, for example, or when you want to pick and deliver a batch of orders.
How does it work?
The overview displays all open sales orders with the following information:
- Order number – The number of the sales order
- Customer – The name of the customer
- Order date – The date the order was created
- Delivery date – The requested delivery date
- Description – Any remarks on the order
Selecting orders
Select the orders you want to process by clicking on them. Selected orders are highlighted in green. Click on an order again to deselect it.
On mobile devices, you can also search by customer name using the search field at the top of the screen.
Once you have selected all desired orders, press “Next” to proceed to the processing screen. Here you can process the selected orders as a combined order.
Sorting and filtering
The overview can be sorted by order number, customer, order date or delivery date. Use the filter fields to quickly find the right orders. The default sorting can be configured via the app settings.
