It can sometimes happen that the data you see in the app does not match the data you have in Exact Online. We do our utmost to keep this to a minimum, but sometimes it is necessary to refresh the cache.

Refreshing the cache works as follows. Go to the settings page of the Barcode Scan App. And press one of the 2 buttons below:

Load changes

With “Load changes”, the cache is further updated based on the modification date. It can sometimes happen that this does not have sufficient effect. In that case, try “Load all”

Load all

With “Load all”, the database of the Barcode Scan App is deleted and recreated. Depending on the number of records in your administration, this may take some time.
